一句话版本：ItemMaster 不需要账号，你记录的物品和照片都保存在你自己的设备上。我们没有服务器存放你的数据，也没有任何追踪或广告。唯一会离开设备的是你主动拍摄的小票照片 —— 它会被发送给 AI 服务读取文字，仅此一次，且不与你的其他信息关联。 The short version: ItemMaster requires no account. Your items and photos are stored on your own device. We operate no server that holds your data, and there is no tracking or advertising of any kind. The only thing that ever leaves your device is a receipt photo you choose to scan — sent once to an AI service to read the text, never linked to anything else about you.
1. 我们收集哪些信息1. What we collect
我们不收集任何个人身份信息。ItemMaster 没有注册流程、没有登录、不索取你的姓名、邮箱、手机号或位置。我们也不使用任何第三方分析、崩溃统计或广告 SDK。 We collect no personally identifying information. ItemMaster has no sign-up, no login, and never asks for your name, email address, phone number or location. We do not embed any third-party analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDK.
你在 App 内创建的内容Content you create in the app
你输入的物品名称、品牌、价格、数量、过期日期、分类、标签、备注，以及你拍摄或选择的照片，全部通过 Apple 的 SwiftData 保存在你设备的本地数据库中。这些内容不会自动上传到任何地方，我们无法访问。 Item names, brands, prices, quantities, expiry dates, categories, tags, notes, and any photos you take or pick are all stored in a local database on your device using Apple's SwiftData. None of it is uploaded anywhere automatically, and we have no way to access it.
2. 小票识别功能与第三方服务2. Receipt scanning and third-party services
这是本 App 中唯一会向外部发送数据的功能，我们希望说得足够清楚。 This is the only feature in the app that sends data off your device, so we want to be precise about it.
当你主动使用"扫描小票"功能时，你拍摄或选择的那一张图片会被压缩后发送至 OpenAI 的图像识别 API，用于读取图片中的商品名称、品牌、价格、数量和日期。识别结果返回到 App 内供你确认和修改，确认后才会保存为物品记录。 When you actively use the "scan receipt" feature, the single image you capture or select is compressed and sent to OpenAI's vision API in order to read the product names, brands, prices, quantities and dates it contains. The result is returned into the app for you to review and edit; nothing is saved as an item until you confirm it.
- 发送的内容仅限那一张图片。不包含你的物品库、设备标识符、姓名或任何其他信息。 Only that one image is sent. It does not include your item library, device identifiers, name, or any other information.
- 请求中不包含任何可以识别你身份的标识，因此该图片无法被关联到具体的人或设备。 The request carries no identifier that could be traced back to you, so the image cannot be associated with a particular person or device.
- 我们自己不保存这张图片。识别完成后，图片仅存在于你的设备上（如果你选择保留为物品照片）。 We do not retain the image. Once parsed, it exists only on your device — and only if you choose to keep it as an item photo.
- OpenAI 作为服务提供方，会按其自身政策对 API 请求做短期保留以进行滥用监控，并且默认不会将 API 数据用于训练模型。具体条款请参阅 OpenAI 隐私政策。 As the service provider, OpenAI retains API requests briefly for abuse monitoring under its own policy, and by default does not use API data to train its models. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy for details.
如果你不希望任何图片离开设备，只要不使用小票识别功能即可。App 的其他所有功能都完全在本地运行。 If you'd rather no image ever left your device, simply don't use the receipt scanner. Every other feature in the app runs entirely offline.
3. 权限说明3. Permissions
- 相机 —— 用于拍摄物品照片和小票。仅在你点击拍照时启用。 Camera — used to photograph items and receipts. Only active when you tap to shoot.
- 照片图库 —— 用于从相册选择已有图片。App 通过系统图片选择器读取，只能看到你明确选中的那几张。 Photo library — used to pick existing images. Access goes through the system picker, so the app only ever sees the photos you explicitly select.
- 通知 —— 用于提醒你物品临近过期或库存偏低。全部为本地通知，不经过任何服务器。你可以随时在系统设置中关闭。 Notifications — used to remind you about items nearing expiry or running low. These are local notifications only; no server is involved. You can turn them off in Settings at any time.
以上权限全部可以拒绝，拒绝后 App 的其余功能不受影响。 All of these are optional. Declining any of them leaves the rest of the app fully functional.
4. 备份文件4. Backup files
"备份"功能会把你的全部数据（含照片）导出为一个文件，交由你自己处置 —— 存到"文件"App、通过 AirDrop 发给另一台设备、存进 iCloud Drive 或用邮件发出。这个文件不会发送给我们。文件生成后如何保管、分享给谁，完全由你决定，因此也请注意不要把它发给不信任的人。 The backup feature exports all of your data (photos included) as a single file and hands it to you — to save in Files, AirDrop to another device, store in iCloud Drive, or email. That file is never sent to us. Once created, where it goes is entirely up to you, so treat it as you would any document containing personal detail.
5. 数据的保留与删除5. Retention and deletion
因为数据只存在于你的设备上，删除方式也在你手里： Because your data lives only on your device, deleting it is entirely in your hands:
- 删除单件物品 —— 在 App 内左滑或进入详情页删除。 Delete a single item — swipe it in the list, or delete it from its detail screen.
- 删除全部数据 —— 从设备上卸载 ItemMaster，本地数据库和所有照片会随之移除。 Delete everything — remove ItemMaster from your device; the local database and all stored photos go with it.
我们这边没有你的数据副本，因此无需（也无法）向我们提交删除请求。 We hold no copy of your data, so there is no deletion request to file with us — and nothing for us to delete.
6. 儿童6. Children
ItemMaster 不面向儿童设计，也不会有意收集任何年龄段用户的个人信息。由于 App 不收集身份信息，我们无法也无意区分用户年龄。 ItemMaster is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from users of any age. Since the app collects no identifying information at all, we neither can nor attempt to determine a user's age.
7. 政策变更7. Changes to this policy
如果本政策发生实质性变化，我们会更新本页顶部的日期。若未来版本引入了新的数据处理方式，会在 App 更新说明中一并告知。 If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Should a future version introduce new data handling, it will also be noted in the app's release notes.
